It was coming, and now it's here: the first OP-17 cards, the fourth-anniversary set for the One Piece Card Game, have started leaking from Japan, and the community hasn't stopped sharing them this weekend. OP-17 World's Strongest Warriors revolves around Elbaf and the Four Emperors, and from what we've seen, it's packed with legends. Here you have, organized and commented from one collector to another, all the OP-17 cards revealed so far. An important warning before we begin: these are Japanese leaks, so names, values, and text are provisional until Bandai confirms them officially.

When does OP-17 release and why is it a special launch?
OP-17 is the expansion that celebrates the fourth anniversary of the One Piece Card Game, and it arrives with a historic change: for the first time, the release will be global and simultaneous, without the usual delay between the Japanese and English versions. It releases in Japan on August 22, 2026, and the global date is set for August 26. The set features 126 card types plus DON!!, spread across 6 leaders, 45 commons, 30 uncommons, 26 rares, 10 super rares, and 2 secrets, plus SP cards and a new rarity above SEC: the Treasure Rare, for which it is not yet known which card will occupy that slot.
The theme couldn't be more appetizing: Elbaf, the Giants, and the Yonko in full force. Just what is happening in the manga, brought to the game at the peak of the hype. It has already been released. The English box hasn't reached us; the one we have in the warehouse is the Japanese OP-17 Booster Box, sealed and shipping in 24-48 hours.
The revealed OP-17 leaders
We have already seen five of the six leaders in the set. The sixth (the blue one) is still missing, but the four Emperors plus Whitebeard are already on the table, and they look very good.

- Edward Newgate (Whitebeard), Red (OP17-001): 5 Life and 5000 Power. When the opponent attacks, once per turn you can discard 1 card to give +4000 Power to your Leader or a Character during that combat. A pure defensive wall, very Marineford-style.
- Monkey D. Luffy, Black (OP17-079): your Characters with cost 12 or more gain [Blocker]. A leader designed to support the giants of Elbaf with massive bodies that stand their ground.

- Shanks, Green (OP17-020): 5 Life and 5000 Power. Once per turn, by discarding 1 card or resting 1 DON!!, you can leave an enemy Character rested so it doesn't activate in their next refresh phase. Pure control.
- Kaido, Purple (OP17-058): 5 Life and 5000 Power. When attacking or when the opponent attacks, once per turn and by paying DON!!-1, give -2000 Power to an enemy Character during the turn. The classic purple ramp and board control style.
Charlotte Linlin (Big Mom), Yellow leader OP17-099. Japanese leak.
The fifth contender is Charlotte Linlin (Big Mom), Yellow (OP17-099), also with 5 Life and 5000 Power, with an effect when attacking that plays with Life cards and forces the opponent to choose their poison. Very much in the vein of traditional yellow.
Loki, the Elbaf SEC that catches everyone's eyes
Loki OP17-119, Secret Rare. Japanese leak, provisional text.
The star card for collectors is Loki (OP17-119), the Secret Rare of the set and prince of Elbaf. He is a Black Character with cost 6 and 8000 Power with the Giants / Elbaf traits. He gains +12 cost and +3000 Power during the opponent's turn, and upon entering, he can KO enemy Characters with a total cost of 4 or less. A powerhouse that fits perfectly with the Black Luffy leader and his giants plan.

- Monkey D. Luffy (OP17-093): Cost 8 and 8000 Power. Gains [Rush] if there is a Character with cost 12 or more, and upon entering, draws 1 card and plays a Character with cost 2 or less from your trash.
- Edward Newgate (OP17-005): Cost 10 and 12000 Power. Costs 4 less in your hand if the opponent has a Character with 10000 or more, and upon entering sets your single-color Leader's base power to 8000.
- Shanks (OP17-022): Cost 10 and 12000 Power with [Rush]. Upon entering, activates 2 DON!! and rests all of the opponent's Characters.
- Yasopp (OP17-031): Cost 5 and 6000 Power, Counter +1000, draws a card and rests an enemy with cost 8 or less.
- Kaido (OP17-062 and OP17-063): two versions with cost 10 and 12000 Power. One with [Blocker] and DON!! engine, and another that gives +1000 Counter and can negate and KO an enemy with cost 6 or less.
- Usopp (OP17-080): Cost 2 and 3000 Power, Counter +1000, Elbaf theme. Gains +3000 with a giant on board and filters your deck searching for Elbaf cards.
- Charlotte Linlin (OP17-112): Cost 10 and 12000 Power. Increases the base power of your Characters with 4000 and [Trigger] to 8000, and upon entering draws and manipulates Life.
SP cards and the new anniversary rarities
This is the part with the most appeal for collectors. According to the Japanese list, OP-17 introduces the Super Leader Parallel rarity (a leader with a premium finish) and adds Super Parallel versions of several cards. In addition, the SP cards come in two blocks and, importantly, they are not new cards from OP-17: they are reprints with SP art of cards from other sets, which is why they carry codes like ST31, OP13, or EB04.

Super Parallel and Super Leader Parallel
The jewel of the set: Monkey D. Luffy in Super Leader Parallel (the gold version), a new rarity in OP-17. Japanese leak.

The Super Leader Parallel of the Luffy leader (that gold version) is the most sought-after card for collectors in the set, along with the future Treasure Rare that has not yet been revealed.
Our opinion at Collectowny
On paper, OP-17 looks like it will be one of the strongest sets of the year, and not just because of its competitive power. Bringing together the four Emperors, adding SP cards with legends like Roger and Rayleigh, debuting the Super Leader Parallel, and crowning it all with the new Treasure Rare is exactly the type of combo that drives demand from day one. Our collector recommendation is clear: if you enjoy opening packs, an anniversary set with so many high rarities invites a full display; if you are chasing specific cards, keep your eyes on Loki, the Luffy Super Leader Parallel, and the SP Roger cards, which tend to rise the most in value. And remember that all of this is still a leak: until Bandai publishes the official list, take it as an exciting sneak peek, not as gospel.

Are these cards official or leaks?
Except for Luffy, Loki, and Whitebeard, which Bandai has already officially shown, the rest come from Japanese leaks. Values and text may vary slightly in the final version.
